Deck Reservations
You can reserve deck space through our Online Membership System under Scheduling -> Location Rental! See below for deck availability on any given day.
There are three decks available: a middle pool-level deck between the two large pools, an upper deck above the upper pool, and a patio on the upper grassy area including the gas grill and adirondack chairs. To reserve either of these decks, review availability below and log into the system to finalize your reservation. Please be prepared to pay the required fee when you make your reservation. The front desk can take reservations and a check, and show you how to do it online, if needed.

- 0 – 25 people: $50
- 26 – 50 people: $75
- More than 50 people: Requires board approval
For the Patio
The fee for a 2-hour reservation is based on the number of people you are expecting:
- 0 – 25 people: $75
- 26 – 50 people: $100
- More than 50 people: Requires board approval
Please review these guidelines and rules!
- Note that 30 minutes are needed between reservations to allow time for clean-up and setup for the next reservation! If you reserve space without a 30-minute gap, Highlands reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
- For more than 50 people, please make the reservation with the front desk and they will contact the board for approval.
- Non-members must have a guest pass via a member ($5 per guest).
- As always, members are responsible for their guests and actions.
- No glass is allowed, and members are responsible for cleaning up afterwards (a fee may be imposed, if necessary).
