2024 Dive Team Meets
*and Other Important Dates

All meets begin at 6:00 pm. Please note that team warm-up times for the meets vary depending on whether the meet is at Home or Away. (*Warm-ups for home meets @ Highlands begin at 4:00 while warm-ups for away meets begin at 5:00.)
 
There are four age groups in diving (determined by diver’s age on June 1st):

• Freshman (ages 10 and under) perform three dives.
• Juniors (ages 11 and 12) perform four dives.
• Intermediates (ages 13 and 14) perform five dives.
• Seniors (ages 15 and up) perform six dives.
